    HOW TO HANG SHIELD
    On the rear side of each shield is a thick, arm fitting handle. We recommend using garage hooks that can be found almost anywhere online. The hook shown in our images is from “CoolYeah” which has worked perfect for displaying all our shields. Please note that the hooks are not included with this order.
    OUR TRADITIONAL SHIELDS
    Our Bamileke shields originate from Cameroon and constructed 100% by hand with great attention to detail by our Artisans. These shields and designs have been used by many warriors and date back to the 14th Century. The shields are no longer used in battle but rather used in a variety of traditional ceremonies such as weddings and passage to adulthood. Using a chisel on lightwood, unique and linear patterns are crafted out, creating striking visuals that can be used in almost any interior space.
    Today the shields are highly demanded and used for many interior design projects across the globe. As mentioned above, the shields are handmade and minor imperfections are common.
    SHIPPING/RETURNS
    We require 3 days to process and package each order carefully. All shipping will be made via FedEx/UPS Ground. Our return policy is strictly 30 days from the time you receive your order and confirmed as delivered. All returns are paid by the customer regardless of reason/cause.
